Creature Comforts Pet Lodge opened in March 2003 as a superior boarding facility for cats, dogs and small domestic pets.
Irene Bessem has worked with animals for most of her life, running her own large, successful retail outlet in Auckland for 12 years. Sonja Bright is a skilled event manager, producer and director with a background in the performing arts.
We are owned by many animals on our 12 acre lifestyle property, including dogs, a cat, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, tropical fish, Kune Kune pigs, pet lambs and two handsome Alpacas. Many of our resident animals can be seen as you drive into the property or check in at reception.
Our facility is recommended by local veterinarians and our steady growth in clientele since opening our doors in March 2003 is evidence of our firm commitment to providing the quality care and attention we pledge.
Creature Comforts Pet Lodge is also home to Zenfro Alaskan Malamutes and Greyhounds as Pets.
